Cornflower                                                          3 tbsp

Garlic (chopped)                                                  6 tbsp

Black pepper                                                       tsp

Onion ( chopped)                                                 100 gm

Salt                                                                    1   Tsp

Soya sauce                                                          3 tbsp

Testing salt                                                          tbsp

Oyster Sauce                                                       1 tbsp

Cooking Method:

Take a frying pan, heat the oil and add chopped garlic and then add onion ( fine chopped) when garlic becomes brown, add all the vegetables into the frying pan.  Cook the vegetables cooked for 5 minutes, and then add testing salt, oyster sauce and soya sauce when vegetables are completely cooked add ticking agent one cup cold water mix the cornflower then stair the curry in summering heat for few minutes.
