Chicken Vermicelli Soup


 INGREDIENTS                                              QUANTITY

Chicken stock                                                  1 litter

Boneless chicken mince                                    100 gm

Chopped onion                                                 2 pcs

Garlic paste                                                     1 tsp

Liquid milk                                                      250 gm

Salt and pepper                                               To taste

Cream                                                            50 ml

Chopped parsley                                              To garnish

Flour                                                               1 tbsp

Oil/ butter                                                       50 ml

Chicken Vermicelli Soup

Cooking Method:  

  1. Sauté chicken mince with butter, onion, garlic and bay leaves.
  2. When you will get nice smell slowdown gas, add flour and cook it gently.
  3. Add milk and make like pasta.
  4. Now pour all the stock and salt & pepper and vermicelli.
  5. See the taste and serve hot.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley.
