Chicken Vermicelli Soup
Chicken stock 1 litter
Boneless chicken mince 100 gm
Chopped onion 2 pcs
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Liquid milk 250 gm
Salt and pepper To taste
Cream 50 ml
Chopped parsley To garnish
Flour 1 tbsp
Oil/ butter 50 ml
- Sauté chicken mince with butter, onion, garlic and bay leaves.
- When you will get nice smell slowdown gas, add flour and cook it gently.
- Add milk and make like pasta.
- Now pour all the stock and salt & pepper and vermicelli.
- See the taste and serve hot.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
